The equipment will be sent by conveyor belt to the wind pipe conveying system with the empty bottle, the bottle will be transferred to the bottle clamp institution of washing machine through the air conveying system by  star wheel, the bottle clamp institution clamp the bottle’s neck turn along with the washing machine’s guide rail and flush the internal bottle, the rinse and drain bottle will transfer to the filling machine through NO.2 star wheel, by bottle board clamping the bottle’s neck turn along the guide rail ,then lifting guide rod raised, the filling valve will open, start filling liquid. After that, the lifting guide rod go down, filling valve closed. The filled bottle will transfer to the capping machine by NO.3 star wheel, and then held up by the bottle board to capping. Finally the finished product will transfer to the conveyor belt by the NO.4 star wheel. Thus washing, filling and capping process is completed.
