1.Description for the Spherical concentrator

球形濃縮器主要由濃縮罐主體、冷凝器、汽液分離器、受液罐等主要部分組成，具有操作方便、使用可靠，對生產(chǎn)環(huán)境無污染、噪音小等特點(diǎn)，廣泛適用于制藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)對液體物料的濃縮、蒸餾及有機(jī)溶媒的回收工藝。設(shè)備與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼制造，具有良好的耐腐蝕性能，經(jīng)久耐用并符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

設(shè)備的濃縮罐為夾套結(jié)構(gòu)冷，凝器為列管式，汽液分離器為折流分離式、冷卻器為蛇管式結(jié)構(gòu)。工作時(shí)打開的真空口和進(jìn)料口閥門，將液料抽入罐內(nèi)，當(dāng)液面達(dá)到一定高度后，關(guān)閉進(jìn)料閥，并緩緩開放蒸汽進(jìn)口閥門，將罐內(nèi)液體的沸騰數(shù)分鐘后，注意保持蒸汽壓力和真空度（或者調(diào)節(jié)設(shè)定溫控儀的進(jìn)行自動(dòng)控制）。蒸餾出的汽體通過冷凝器、汽液分離器，其中部分回流至主體罐內(nèi)，大部分進(jìn)入冷凝器冷凝成液體進(jìn)入受料罐進(jìn)行回收或排放。濃縮結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉真空口，蒸汽口閥門，打開放空口（即直嘴式旋塞閥）常壓后出料。由于是真空蒸發(fā)液料沸點(diǎn)相應(yīng)較低，因而液料蒸發(fā)的速度也比較快，根據(jù)液料的熱敏特性，操作時(shí)可以自行調(diào)節(jié)真空度與溫度的高低，使設(shè)備與物料蒸發(fā)工作達(dá)到一個(gè)*的狀況。

Concentrated after closing the vacuum valve, steam, open the vent (i.e. straight mouth plug valve) after discharge at atmospheric pressure. Because the vacuum evaporation of liquid material boiling point is relatively low, so the evaporation of the liquid material is also relatively fast speed, according to the thermal characteristics of the liquid material, when the operation can adjust the vacuum and temperature, the evaporation of materials equipment and work to achieve an optimal condition.
