外循環(huán)蒸發(fā)器又叫外置式自然循環(huán)蒸發(fā)器，即物料在真空的條件單效或多效進(jìn)行蒸發(fā)濃縮，外循環(huán)蒸發(fā)濃縮器適用于中藥提取物、西藥、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、口服液、化工、味精、乳品等物料的蒸發(fā)濃縮，以及有機(jī)溶劑（如酒精、乙酸乙酯）的回收，適用于批量小、品種多的熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃縮。

Ⅰ.Application scope

本設(shè)備濃縮出來(lái)的藥液，具有無(wú)污染，藥味濃的特點(diǎn)，清洗方便、操作簡(jiǎn)單，占地面積小。加熱器、蒸發(fā)器采用不銹鋼保溫結(jié)構(gòu)，保溫采用聚氨酯發(fā)泡，表面做鏡面或亞光處理，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

酒精回收：回收能力大，采用真空濃縮流程，比老型同類(lèi)設(shè)備生產(chǎn)率提高5-10倍，降低能耗30%，具有投資小，回收效益高的特點(diǎn)；

濃縮料液：本設(shè)備采用外加熱自然循環(huán)與真空負(fù)壓蒸發(fā)相結(jié)合的方式，蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比可達(dá)1.3。

Ⅱ.Characteristic and benefit for Single Effect and Double Effect evaporator

The liquid concentration by the device, has no pollution, has strong characteristics, convenient cleaning, simple operation, small occupied area. The heater and evaporator are made of stainless steel insulation structure. The insulation is made of polyurethane foam, and the surface is mirror or matt. It conforms to the GMP standard.

三、三效節(jié)能濃縮器特點(diǎn)與效益：

節(jié)能效益，按GLH-1000型計(jì)算，年節(jié)約蒸汽5400噸左右，節(jié)約水14萬(wàn)噸左右，折合人民幣約20萬(wàn)元。

本設(shè)備采用負(fù)壓外加熱自然型循環(huán)式的蒸發(fā)方式，蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮比大，可達(dá)1.25-1.4（一般中藥浸膏）。

本設(shè)備采用三效同時(shí)蒸發(fā)，二次蒸汽得到使用，耗能總量與單效濃縮器相比降低67%，一年的節(jié)能費(fèi)可收回本濃縮器的全部投資。

本蒸發(fā)濃縮器濃縮出來(lái)的物料具有味道濃，膏質(zhì)均勻，并節(jié)約勞力，一人可完成操控。

本蒸發(fā)濃縮器與物料接觸部分均采用不銹鋼制造，外形美觀。加熱器、蒸發(fā)器外面均設(shè)有保溫層，保溫層內(nèi)采用聚氨酯發(fā)泡保溫，外用不銹鋼薄板制作外殼，表面做鏡面或亞光處理，符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

多功能操作特點(diǎn)：三效可以濃縮不同物料；一效、二效、三效可以反復(fù)并鍋收膏；可以間歇、連續(xù)進(jìn)料濃縮。

Ⅲ.Feature of Three Effect Energy Saving Evaporator
