Central Circulation Tubular Evaporator

一、適用范圍：

*循環(huán)管式蒸發(fā)器屬于一種內置式的自然循環(huán)型蒸發(fā)器，是工業(yè)生產中廣泛使用且歷史悠久的大型蒸發(fā)器，適用于中藥、西藥、葡萄糖、木糖、麥芽糖、口服液、化工、食品、味精、乳品等料液的蒸發(fā)濃縮，一般用于對濃度要求高、品種多、批量小的熱敏性物料的低溫濃縮。

Ⅰ.Application Scope

Central Circulation Tubular Evaporator belong to natural circulation type evaporator.it is widely used in industry production with long history with low temperature vacuum evaporation for high concentration and heat sensitive material. Especially evaporation for Chinese medicine,western medicine,glucose,xylose,maltose,oral liquid,chemical,food,Monosidum Glutanate,dairy product etc.

二、結構與原理：

*循環(huán)管式蒸發(fā)器主要由內置式列管加熱器、分離罐、汽液分離器、冷凝器、真空系統(tǒng)、各種泵類等等組成。料液在分離罐中經過內置式加熱管加熱，水分汽化蒸發(fā)。由于受到加熱與真空的作用，加熱管周邊物料上下產生了溫差與料液重度差，從而使物料在加熱器內外形成了由下而上的自然循環(huán)，加熱后的物料水分汽化蒸發(fā)，達到濃縮的目的。

Ⅱ.Working Principle

The feeding liquid heated by tubular heater, water will change to vapor,material density will smaller,but the material inside the central tubular pipeline with a lower temperature before boiling, the density is bigger, due to density difference,it formed material circulation between heating pipeline material and material in central tubular pipeline.evaporate the water when circulation, so that concentration will be higher compley.And heating steam will discharge out from discharge pipeline as water.

三、主要特點：

結構簡單，操作方便，液面容易控制，傳熱效果較好，批次量根據需要可大可小，且投資費用較少。

Ⅲ.Main Characteristic

Easy construction,simple to operate, liquid level is easy to control. Heat transfer effect is good, and investment is low.but it is harder to clean and maintain.when process high viscosity material,circulation speed is lower.
