板式滅菌機(jī)

一、產(chǎn)品概述：

板式殺菌機(jī)組是采用新型高效BR、BP型板片為換熱主機(jī)，物料和過熱蒸汽（或過熱水）在機(jī)器內(nèi)的非接觸性熱交換，使流體物料在較短時間在同一機(jī)組內(nèi)達(dá)到要求的殺菌溫度、保溫、熱回收與冷卻等工藝要求，具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、性能穩(wěn)定、易于清洗、傳熱效果好、效率高、能耗低，是乳品、豆奶、果汁飲料、糖漿、醬油、酒類、醋類、藥液等液態(tài)物料的理想滅菌設(shè)備。

• 工作原理：

    殺菌機(jī)利用高精度可控溫度的熱水或蒸汽對物料進(jìn)行加熱殺菌，物料由前工序進(jìn)入平衡罐，經(jīng)進(jìn)料泵輸入到換熱器內(nèi)，在預(yù)熱部分與殺過菌的熱物料進(jìn)行換熱后使冷物料溫度升到預(yù)定值，然后通過由熱水或蒸汽非接觸間接加熱到工藝所需的溫度，并在保溫管中維持所要求的一段時間，從保溫管進(jìn)入預(yù)熱段機(jī)內(nèi)與冷物料交換進(jìn)行熱回收，zui后進(jìn)入冷卻段冷卻到工藝所需的溫度出料，冷卻段可分為冷卻水冷卻與冰水冷卻，整個過程均在封閉狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行，以保證物料不受二次污染的生物穩(wěn)定性目的。整套機(jī)組可根據(jù)用戶的不同要求對物料加熱、保溫、殺菌冷卻的不同工藝要求進(jìn)行特定的組合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，以滿足各類工藝要求。

• 設(shè)備組成及特點：

殺菌機(jī)組主要由板式換熱主機(jī)、物料平衡罐及物料管路、熱水罐及熱水（蒸汽）管路、物料泵、熱水泵、清洗泵、控制柜及電器元件等組成。

1. 物料和加熱介質(zhì)均在各自的密封系統(tǒng)中通過非接觸性熱交換實現(xiàn)加熱，確保物料衛(wèi)生安全；

2. 殺菌時間短，可確保物料的營養(yǎng)成份不被破壞；

3. 整機(jī)全部采用食品級不銹鋼材料，確保達(dá)到國家對飲料食品設(shè)備安全衛(wèi)生指標(biāo)要求；

4. 傳熱效果好，熱回收率高，耗能少；

5. 主要控制元件、閥件及配套件均選用進(jìn)口件，使用壽命長；

6. 采用PLC控制，可對物料各段的加熱溫度、熱水溫度、蒸汽流量調(diào)節(jié)等實行自動控制，并設(shè)有物料自動回流系統(tǒng)，確保物料*達(dá)到滅菌效果；

7. 結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，易于清洗，操作方便，維修費用低。

I. Product Introduction

Plate type sterilizer adopt modern engineering widely used are high efficient BR,BP plate heat exchanger,it will heat the fluid to required sterilization temperature in a short time through non-touch heat exchange by liquid to steam or hot water.It is the ideal sterilization equipment for fluid beverage such as milk,fruit juice,vegetable juice etc.

Plate sterilizer is for fluid beverage food aseptic hot treatment,product enter into the heat exchanger from balance tank because of high precision water temperature difference,cold product will reach set index value after heat exchange between heating part and sterilized material, and then reach 120℃ indirectly by the water heated by  steam, material will have high temperature sterilization in the pipeline for keeping the required temperature in a short time,the material will heat exchange with coming cold material after discharge out from the insulation pipeline, finally cooling to the required discharge temperature at cooling stage, this whole processing is running under seal, make sure material operation stable.

It is available for processing system designed with different process based on user’s requirement on the heating,insulation,sterilization,cooling stage.

This equipment consist of material balance and transfer system,plate type heat exchange system,material pipeline system,hot water pipeline system,steam pipeline system,hot water heating system,material automatic back flow system,temperature auto control and electric control system etc.
