• 概 述：

• 工作原理：

    在灌裝機(jī)經(jīng)預(yù)殺菌等準(zhǔn)備工作就緒后，將無菌袋放在小無菌室下部特定位置。然后按照使用說明書逐個(gè)按下的按鈕，無菌袋嘴進(jìn)入無菌室進(jìn)行夾緊、殺菌、開蓋、灌裝、封蓋并壓緊，zui后送出無菌室等動(dòng)作，完成一袋的灌裝，灌裝量由工作臺(tái)上的電子重量計(jì)量?jī)x數(shù)字顯示并控制，整個(gè)灌裝過程在無菌室內(nèi)由機(jī)械手完成，從而保證整個(gè)灌裝過程不被污染。

III.Working Principle

After preparation of filling machine pre-sterilization,put the aseptic bag on the special position under bottom of aseptic room. Then press the button according to the operation manual one by one for aseptic bag mouth clamping in the sterile room,sterilization,uncapping,filling,seal capping and compressing,finally finish one bag filling by send the bag out of aseptic room.filling volume will be showed and controlled by electric weight meter on the worktable,this whole movement are processed by machine hand without any pollution.
