6、工作原理

多功能有四種提取方法分別為以下幾個(gè)：

 (1)水提：水和中藥裝入內(nèi)，開始給夾層熱源(如蒸汽)，罐內(nèi)沸騰后減少供給熱源，保持罐內(nèi)沸騰即可，維持時(shí)間根據(jù)提取藥理工藝而定，如密閉提取需給冷卻水，使蒸汽汽體冷卻后回到內(nèi)，保持循環(huán)和溫度。

 (2)醇提：先將藥和酒精加入罐內(nèi)必須密閉，給夾層熱源蒸汽，打開冷卻水使罐內(nèi)達(dá)到需要溫度時(shí)(根據(jù)提取藥理工藝而定)減少供給熱源，使上升汽態(tài)酒精經(jīng)過冷凝器后成液態(tài)酒精回流即可，為了提高效率，可用泵強(qiáng)制循環(huán)，使藥液從罐下部通過泵吸出再缸上部進(jìn)口回至罐內(nèi)，解除局部溝流。

 (3)提油：先把含有揮發(fā)油的中藥和水加入內(nèi),打開油分離器的循環(huán)閥門,調(diào)整旁通回流閥門,開供給熱源閥門達(dá)到揮發(fā)溫度時(shí)打開冷卻水進(jìn)行冷卻,經(jīng)冷卻的藥液應(yīng)在分離器內(nèi)保持一定高度使之分離,再個(gè)油水分離器輪換使用。
(4)回收油精： 將酒精加入缸內(nèi)，給蒸氣打開冷卻水，再打開回收閥門即可。

6, working principle
