AGV控制臺(tái)通過對射開關(guān)檢測到輸送鏈上車體的位置信號(hào)后,分別調(diào)度在等待站點(diǎn)已載有發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總成(后橋)的AGV按預(yù)定時(shí)間、速度進(jìn)入輸送鏈下方,在預(yù)定區(qū)域捕獲預(yù)先固定在汽車車身上的合作目標(biāo),保持穩(wěn)定跟蹤狀態(tài)后,人工控制舉升,AGV自動(dòng)打開滑動(dòng)平臺(tái)鎖銷。由裝配工人安裝固定螺栓,完成裝配后人工發(fā)出安裝結(jié)束信號(hào)。根據(jù)此結(jié)束信號(hào),AGV自動(dòng)落下升降機(jī)構(gòu)后復(fù)位,滑動(dòng)平臺(tái)自動(dòng)閉鎖,AGV加速離開裝配工位,在裝載站點(diǎn)裝好發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總成(后橋)后,AGV向控制臺(tái)發(fā)出裝載完成信息,AGV按控制臺(tái)的指令行駛到等待地點(diǎn),進(jìn)入下個(gè)循環(huán)。
AGV控制臺(tái)根據(jù)主裝懸掛車體到達(dá)的信號(hào)向在等待點(diǎn)的合裝小車發(fā)出行駛信號(hào),若主裝配線上是空吊具,則AGV小車仍處于等待狀態(tài)。當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)總成(后橋)不能及時(shí)供應(yīng)時(shí),可通過設(shè)置在裝配工位旁邊的輸送鏈急停開關(guān),由人工控制停止輸送鏈運(yùn)行。當(dāng)AGV因特殊原因進(jìn)入報(bào)警工位而未完成合裝時(shí),AGV系統(tǒng)及輸送鏈報(bào)警,輸送鏈同時(shí)停線,以完成裝配。
