ZK-60Y( Full-Automatic Liquid/Paste Packing Machine )
- 主要性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點:
- 自動包裝機(jī)可以在包裝過程中自動完成計量、制袋、充填、封口、切斷、計數(shù)、批號等全部工作；
- 控制系統(tǒng)則自動化匹配各動作配合，改系統(tǒng)具有精準(zhǔn)確度高，調(diào)整制袋長度簡便，且準(zhǔn)確無誤；
- 具有色標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，可獲得完整的商標(biāo)圖案；
- 無級調(diào)整速度與袋長，包裝速度與制袋長度可在額定范圍內(nèi)無級調(diào)整，不需要更換零件；
- 設(shè)計采用*的嵌入式封口，加強(qiáng)型熱封機(jī)構(gòu)，智能型溫控儀溫度控制，具有良好的熱平衡適應(yīng)各種的包裝材料，性能好、噪音低、封口紋路清晰、密封性強(qiáng)；
- 此設(shè)備下料方式為液體泵下料；
- 設(shè)備封口形式為三、四邊封直紋封口帶易撕口，模具帶鋼字（可壓印生產(chǎn)日期）；
- 設(shè)備主體部分及與物料接觸部分材料為食品級不銹鋼，其余為普通不銹鋼；
- 設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)為日本三菱PLC .
- Main features:
- Automatic finish weight, bag-making, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, lot number and so on；
- Automatic optimization match with all the program, this system can alternate the length of bag , thus it is easy and precise；
- It has color system controller, so can get the complete trade mark design；
- The length of bag and bag packing speed can be alternated by chain-gear stepless speed various without change spare part；
- Unique in-laidembedded mouth sealing, enhanced hot sealing mechanism;
- Inligent temperature control by temperature controller, featuring fine heat balance, fine packaging performance, low noise, clear sealing texture and strong sealing performance ；
- The main parts of the machine and contacted material is food type stainless and other is common stainless ;
- The machine adopt liquid /paste pump to weight and measure , the seal type is three/ four sides seal with easy tearing ;
- Control system is Mitsubishi PLC from Japan .
2. 適用范圍:
適用于食品、醫(yī)藥、化工產(chǎn)品中液體物料的全自動包裝，如：農(nóng)藥劑、洗發(fā)水、沐浴液體、面霜、調(diào)味油、果醬、番茄醬、蜂蜜等液體/膏體物料。
- Scope of application :
This machine is suitable for automatic packaging of paste or liquid of foods , medicine and chemicals , such as pesticide , shampoo ,body foam bath lotion , facial cream , ingredient oil , fruit sauce , tomato ketchup and honey and so on .
3.全自動特點：
◆無極調(diào)速：包裝速度在一定范圍內(nèi)可以無級調(diào)整，達(dá)到與制袋、充填、封合、切斷環(huán)節(jié)*匹配，使包裝過程穩(wěn)定可靠。
◆袋長可在額定范圍內(nèi)任意設(shè)定，步進(jìn)電機(jī)驅(qū)動，拉袋穩(wěn)定可靠，速度可選定。
◆在包裝膜有色標(biāo)定位標(biāo)志時，制袋過程可實現(xiàn)光電自動檢測、定位、封合、切斷，保證了制袋圖案完整。
◆具有自診斷、故障提示功能。
◆溫度控制用高精度的PID調(diào)節(jié)，具有*的熱封合穩(wěn)定性，保證了對不同材料的封合質(zhì)量。
◆操作維修方便：間歇式結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，易于操作和維修。
◆通用性強(qiáng)：通過更換不同的充填頭便可達(dá)到一機(jī)多用的目的。
◆自動打印產(chǎn)品批號，可加易撕口，便于使用。
◆全套采用優(yōu)質(zhì)器件，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定，噪音小，故障率低，使用壽命長。
- 本機(jī)小巧*，外形美觀，所有與物料接觸的器件均由不銹鋼和無毒耐腐塑料制成，符合食品和醫(yī)藥包裝的要求（即GMP要求）。特別適用于食品、醫(yī)藥及化工等行業(yè)。
3. The features of full-automatic：
- Speed Limitless: Packing speed shall be limitless arranged in some extend , which can best match the steps of making bag/fulfilling/sealing and cutting .
- The bag length can be set free at some specific range , using the “Bujin” Motor , making bags stable and the speed can be controlled .
- The process of bag-made can reach self-automatic inspecting/location/sealing and cutting when there are the signs of color locating in packing films .
- Equipment itself has the function of self-diagnosing and error-pointing .
- Controlling temperature by high exact PID , which ensure the sealing quality of different packing film material and will be in more stable of hot sealing .
- Conveniently operate and repair , because of its intermittent simple structure .
- Common using available ：Packing 1-100ml in a bag by changing the measure glass .
- Automatically print production lot No. , and adding the easy-tear type convenient .
- Using the superior steel parts , quality to be stable , noise to be bitter , error rate to be low and service life to be long .
- Good appearance , smart and unique , the steel of contacting material is stainless steel or poisonousless and corrosion resistance plastic , which reaches the packing requirement of food and medicine ( say GMP ) , especially available in the industries of food , medicine .
