我們公司2019年研發(fā)了一款新型雙控溫直燃式自動炒鍋,專為高品質原味瓜子花生和樹堅果而設計,既保留了堅果的原始香味又體現(xiàn)了堅果的酥香,既滿足堅果的芽黃率又可控制黃尾率及外觀.這種新型雙控溫直燃式自動炒鍋在燃燒加熱、溫度控制、內部氣體流動、介質與堅果混合等方面都做了很大的改進。具有產(chǎn)能大、效率高、品質好的優(yōu)點。

主要特點:
1. 炒筒受熱更均勻;加熱裝置散狀分布,炒筒軸向均勻受熱,使炒筒內堅果與介質在每一個軸向點位上加熱是均勻的,確保炒制的均勻度、芽黃率好;
