主要性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):

1、背封，可自動(dòng)完成制袋、計(jì)量、下料、封合、分切、計(jì)數(shù)、打印批號(hào)（可根據(jù)客戶要求配置）等功能；
2、采用*的微電腦控制器，驅(qū)動(dòng)步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制袋長(zhǎng)，性能穩(wěn)定、調(diào)整方便、檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確；
3、采用變頻無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速，同時(shí)可配置不同的下料機(jī)構(gòu)達(dá)到對(duì)顆粒、液體、醬體、粉劑等物品的包裝；

適用范圍：

適用于膨化食品、蝦條、花生、瓜子、調(diào)味品、牛肉豆、干燥劑、洗衣粉等物料的較大計(jì)量包裝。

Main function and characteristic:

1.       Back-side sealing. Automatically complete all the procedures of bag-making, measuring, feeding, sealing, cutting and printing batch number which can be set by customer.

2.       Advanced computer control and stepping driving motor are adopted to control the bag length with stable performance, convenient adjustment and accurate detection.

3.       CVT changes speed. Different feeder can be used to packing different material, like granule, liquid, thick liquid and powder.

Application scope:

This machine is applicable for packing big dosing material, such as puffed food, shrimp strip, peanut, melon seeds, flavoring, beef bean, desiccant and detergent.
