主要性能和結(jié)構(gòu)特點：

1、雙變頻簡約機械結(jié)構(gòu)，易維護、磨損少，壽命長。

2、主控電路采用本公司研制的單片機，液晶屏顯示，變頻器控制，良好的人機界面，操作集中直觀、方便。

3、包裝速度和成袋長度采用雙變頻器控制。無級變速，調(diào)節(jié)范圍寬，可以與生產(chǎn)線的前道工序匹配。

4、高感光電眼自動準(zhǔn)確跟蹤，設(shè)定后無需手動調(diào)整。

5、各封口溫度獨立控制，適合多種包裝材料，封口美觀牢固。

Principal capability and structural features:

1.Simplified mechine structure, easy to maintain, reduce waste, long operating life.

2.The main control circuit adopt the single chip developed by our own company, digital screen display and controlled by transducer. Perfect inter face between operator and machine. Integrated, direct and convenient operation.

3.The packing speed and the bag length adopt the double frequency converter control with step less speed change and widely adjust . It can match well with the former working procedure of production line.

4.Highly sensitive respond photoelectric device can follow automatic and accurately，it is not necessary to adjust manually after setting.

5.Independent temperature control for each sealer to make the beautiful and firm sealing,suitable for a wide variety of packing material.

二、適用范圍

適用毛巾、濕紙巾、掛面、蛋卷、果脯、山楂片、香腸等粘性及散狀產(chǎn)品的包裝。
