◆連續(xù)壓片機(jī)可用于饅頭、花卷、包子、餃子、餅干等食品面團(tuán)的壓制。
Continuous sheeter was designed for suppression of dough used for food like mantou, baozi, dumplings and biscuits.
◆通過(guò)壓片完成和面過(guò)程，面片質(zhì)量達(dá)到*，層次分明，充分形成層狀面筋。
Sheet dough can achieve the best status after the sheeting process, which can led the sheet dough form a well-formatted layered gluten structure.
◆形成的面帶有幾十萬(wàn)到幾百萬(wàn)層面筋網(wǎng)絡(luò)組成。
The complete sheet dough always composed with millions layers of gluten network.
◆使面筋蛋白和淀粉充分吸水，增強(qiáng)了面團(tuán)的保水性，延長(zhǎng)饅頭的保鮮期。
This process method forced gluten protein and starch fully absorb water, which enhance the capacity for holding water of the dough, furthermore, prolong the shelf life for mantou products.
◆壓片機(jī)具有智能撒粉裝置。
An inligent powder puffing device also contained in sheeting equipment.
◆具有自動(dòng)出片、自動(dòng)折疊、自動(dòng)清理干面塊、電動(dòng)調(diào)整壓片和出片的厚度、可同時(shí)出兩條面片。
This equipment also contains devices as automatic sheeting, automatic folding, automatic cleaning the dry flour flakes, electrical controlling function which directs the thickness for dough. Meanwhile, can produce two piece of sheet dough at the same time.
