設(shè)備特點(diǎn)：

1.殺菌后外包裝有大量殘留水滴，風(fēng)干機(jī)有效去除了物料表面水滴，大大縮短了貼標(biāo)、裝箱的準(zhǔn)備工作，適宜流水線作業(yè)，提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動(dòng)化程度。

2、風(fēng)干機(jī).與傳統(tǒng)干燥除水方式相比較，風(fēng)干機(jī)操作簡單，使用方便（只需接上電源即可使用）！除水率高（達(dá)99%以上），。且包裝物表面無水垢污染。

3. 風(fēng)干機(jī)除水后可直接裝箱，風(fēng)干機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)作業(yè)（與連續(xù)工作殺菌機(jī)配套使用），只需將殺菌后的產(chǎn)品放入輸送網(wǎng)帶，經(jīng)風(fēng)干機(jī)產(chǎn)生的氣流經(jīng)噴嘴噴射而出，吹干風(fēng)溫為常溫，風(fēng)干機(jī)有效保護(hù)物料本身的色澤和品質(zhì)。從而達(dá)到包裝除水、除油漬、水垢等效果，即可裝箱入庫。

4.采用SUS304不銹鋼制造，變頻調(diào)速控制，風(fēng)干機(jī)運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，體積小，效率高。

風(fēng)干機(jī)與殺菌流水線配套使用，置于殺菌線后部。特別適用于滅菌后的高低溫肉制品、蔬菜制品等袋裝產(chǎn)品的干燥工作。
