采用PLC可編程序控制，可實現(xiàn)遠距離監(jiān)控觸摸屏操作人機對話，操作維護方便。

動作元件采用電-氣-液壓自動控制。多重安全保護:轉(zhuǎn)速檢測、過振動保護、開蓋保護、電機過載過熱保護刮刀旋轉(zhuǎn)機械/電氣雙重控制。

焊接式整體機架結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊機器承載強度高

全密閉結(jié)構(gòu)，密封件采用硅橡膠或氟橡膠等。

獨立式液壓站，可隔離安裝、方便檢修。

采用變頻控制，轉(zhuǎn)鼓速度無級可調(diào)?？砂匆笤O(shè)定進料分離、洗滌脫水、卸料等工藝速度浮動平臺底座橡膠減振基礎(chǔ)。亦可選用液態(tài)阻尼減振器，減振效果*，機器運轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)減小機器振動對設(shè)備和環(huán)境的危害。
