我們公司2019年研發(fā)了一款新型雙控溫直燃式自動炒鍋，專為高品質(zhì)原味瓜子花生和樹堅(jiān)果而設(shè)計(jì)，既保留了堅(jiān)果的原始香味又體現(xiàn)了堅(jiān)果的酥香，既滿足堅(jiān)果的芽黃率又可控制黃尾率及外觀.這種新型雙控溫直燃式自動炒鍋在燃燒加熱、溫度控制、內(nèi)部氣體流動、介質(zhì)與堅(jiān)果混合等方面都做了很大的改進(jìn)。具有產(chǎn)能大、效率高、品質(zhì)好的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Our company developed a new type of dual temperature-controlled direct-fired automatic roaster in 2019. Designed for high-quality, original sunflower seeds, peanuts and tree nuts, It retains both the original aroma of the nuts and the crispness of the nuts, Not only meet the yellow bud rate of nuts, but also control the yellow tail rate and appearance. This new type of dual-control direct-fired automatic roasting machine has made great improvements in combustion heating, temperature control, internal gas flow, and mixing of media and nuts. It has the advantages of larger production capacity, higher efficiency and better quality.

主要特點(diǎn)：

1. 炒筒受熱更均勻；加熱裝置散狀分布，炒筒軸向均勻受熱，使炒筒內(nèi)堅(jiān)果與介質(zhì)在每一個軸向點(diǎn)位上加熱是均勻的，確保炒制的均勻度、芽黃率好；

2. 分區(qū)控溫，操控更便捷；根據(jù)物料的特性，創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)分區(qū)炒制溫度，以滿足物料在炒制過程中所需的不同溫度的需求，溫度整定迅速，適用范圍更廣；例如：炒制原味瓜子時，通過設(shè)定后端加熱溫度，將黃尾率降到足夠低；如果炒制腰果，可以設(shè)定好每段加熱溫度，使炒筒內(nèi)部介質(zhì)溫度均衡、來確保腰果的成品色澤和口感；
