膨化機調(diào)試注意事項

　　1 調(diào)試前的檢查與準備工作
1.1 調(diào)試前的檢查
調(diào)試前的檢查主要有以下幾點：
檢查各部位，特別是各段膨化腔的連接螺釘、地腳螺栓、電機座與機架的連接螺栓、膨
化腔與機架的螺栓聯(lián)接，不得有松動現(xiàn)象
電機接線合處的各段線路檢查
 手動使主軸轉(zhuǎn)動，此時膨化腔內(nèi)不得有任何碰擦聲音，如有碰擦聲音需要調(diào)整，詳細方
1.1.1 膨化腔與螺桿間隙的調(diào)整
 檢查并清理水路、汽路。所有過濾器需清理
 檢查旁通導(dǎo)料板轉(zhuǎn)動是否靈活自如
為減少振動以及保證皮帶傳動的平穩(wěn)性，電機皮帶輪的端面和膨化腔主軸皮帶輪端面必須保持在同一平面內(nèi)。這可通過裝在兩皮帶輪中間的錐形脹套結(jié)構(gòu)來調(diào)整皮帶輪在軸上的位置，以達到上述要求。傳動三角帶過松，則易打滑，過緊則對軸的拉力過大，降低三角帶的使用壽命。通過調(diào)節(jié)電機導(dǎo)軌上的張緊螺栓，使三角帶的張緊度處于適當裝態(tài)，即用29kg 的力作用在皮帶直邊的中點。并使其撓曲偏移量為14mm 時為適當，同時要注意電機軸與主軸平行。各個防護罩是否安裝到位檢查油箱與軸承座有無漏油的發(fā)生，如油位下降需要補充循環(huán)冷卻軸承油根據(jù)指示標牌檢查各個電機的正反轉(zhuǎn)，并作相應(yīng)調(diào)整所有電機空機運轉(zhuǎn)，檢查有無異?，F(xiàn)象
1.1.1 膨化腔與螺桿間隙的調(diào)整
【說明】
在每次開機時都必須保證螺桿在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中與膨化腔內(nèi)壁沒有任何碰擦聲音。如膨化腔偏位，螺桿在運轉(zhuǎn)過程中與膨化腔摩擦撞擊，會大大影響螺桿的使用壽命，甚至直接把螺桿打碎。同時在生產(chǎn)過程中，膨化腔偏心也會使生產(chǎn)不穩(wěn)定，影響產(chǎn)量。僅在主機空轉(zhuǎn)時膨化腔沒有任何碰擦聲音才說明調(diào)整適合。
